You need to be flagged for Plane of Valor and Plane of storms and be familiar with how to get to every 1st and 2nd tier zone in PoP.
To get in, you need to let ppl get to know you, usually through raids.
It's cool if you raid a lot but it's not a no-go if you dont.
Will just take longer for ppl to get familiar with you and hence a longer recruitment period.
Dont be shy! Our recruitment period is DIRECTLY propotional to how many ppl in guild approve of your application.
So those who already know a ton of ppl OR raid very frequently tend to have shorter recruitment periods.
We look at your attitude, willingness, determination, and how well you would meld in with our team.
We HIGHLY value a strong communication ethic. We expect our recruits to be in ~***frequent***~ contact with our guild.
We HIGHLY value loyalty, Wraith wants to guild people that are with us for the long road.
We expect recruits to WANT to join our forces, not be asked to join up with us every day or dragged along.
Failure to communicate, frequent absences, and extended periods of absences will result in your application being terminated,
you may apply at a later date when you are more committed to joining our team. We promise not to waste your time, please, do not waste ours.
Contact Biffins in the game if you are interested as well as post here.

An additional note to all recruits and prospects with regards to Planes of Power.

Almost all our raids for the coming months are scheduled in the planes of power expansion.
We're currently raiding in the elemental planes as well as the lower ones,
which require a considerablly complex order of flagging progress and effort to get to.
This means that recruits need to be very aware about the flagging process, the order they need to follow,
the content they can do on their own or with a little effort,
and the raids they can attend to get the necessary flags to raid with us. In general we already expect everyone to be flagged for PoS and PoV via the PoJ trials,
though I or others can come help (if you are a recruit) if you give us a shout.
Besides this, the 2 other minor flags you can complete with 2-3 grps are the PoN hedge event, a 1 hour key event that's always up,
to get keyed for Terris Thule's lair, and the Bastion of Thunder key, which requires 2 grps to kill a bunch of mini bosses + some minor drops.
There have recently been a lot of minor raids, joint raids and pick-up raids on Grummus and Aerin Dar.
Stay alert and ask the people raiding if you can join.
Besides these we make a dedicated effort to get all recruits flagged up to us by revisiting content and with the help of our allied guilds (who generally allow our members to come along,
but you need to check with a Wraith officer first always if you can attend). Remember, it's VERY hard for us to get to know you if you are not raiding with us.
And if you're not flagged then you can't raid with us. It will require a little effort and spawn awareness, to get you flagged up fast.
Make the effort if you care to join, or you'll keep languishing. -Desi/Biffins
